2026: Construction of an industrial park for 80 billion rubles
In Armavir, design work is being completed on the construction of a state industrial park with a total investment of about 80 billion rubles, including residents' funds and measures of state support for the Krasnodar Territory. This was stated by the general director of the Krasnodar Territory Development Corporation Denis Kuzenkov on February 26, 2026.
According to Denis Kuzenkov, six residents have already been registered on the site with a total volume of starting investments of more than 50 billion rubles. The implementation of the projects will create over 1,000 jobs in the next 3-4 years. Key residents will be a large metallurgical plant and the Rustark company, which will expand production at the expense of a new site in Armavir after reaching the capacity limit at the plant in Gulkevichi.
In 2025, work was completed on the technological connection of the park's infrastructure facilities: about 120 MW of electricity and more than 40 thousand cubic meters were allocated. m of gas supply. As Kuzenkov noted, one of the 12 projects in Russia is under signing through a direct tie-in to the high-pressure gas pipeline, implemented directly with Gazprom.
In 2026, it is planned to undergo a state examination, conclude a contract with the general contractor and provide residents with the opportunity to start implementing projects in parallel. The construction time is estimated at about 3 years. It is expected to reach full design capacity in the next 5 years, which will provide a strategically important volume of import-substituting products.
At the same time, according to the Ministry of Industry of the Krasnodar Territory, in 2026, the launch of new industrial parks in the region is not planned. The reason is the current economic situation and a decrease in investment activity. The department clarified that consultations with potential investors and the development of projects in, Krasnodar,, To Anapa Novorossiysk Dinsky, Seversky districts and other territories are continuing.
As Vedomosti Yug wrote in July 2025, the Timashevsk industrial park was included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, becoming the ninth regional site on the federal list. Currently, four industrial parks operate in Krasnodar, one each in the Caucasus, Mostovsky, Ust-Labinsky districts and Armavir. More than 50 resident companies with more than 3 thousand employees work in these territories.[1][2]
