Association of Private Employment Agencies (ASA) - Association of Private Employment Agencies whose services include temporary workers. The non-profit organization was established in February 2011, thanks to the initiative of four companies: ANCHOR, Adecco, KELLY and ManpowerGroup. The goals of the ACHP are to create a civilized market with uniform standards and ethics, to help the government implement certification of private employment agencies, and to create a legal framework for regulating the market for personnel management services. The AChAZ includes 12 largest personnel agencies in Russia that share the Association's Code of Ethics.
ACHAZ is a member of the World Employment Conference (WEC), the Association of Managers of Russia (AMR).
