2017: Growth of revenue by 6% to $12.4 billion
In 2017 financial year revenue of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) made $12.4 billion, having increased by 6% of rather previous year. Also net profit — from 1.5 increased to 1.7 billion dollars.
According to the president and the CEO of ADP Carlos Rodriguez, the company completed year with the expected results. The chief financial officer Jan Siegmund noted that despite problems retention of profit on 60 basis points was improved and will make progress regarding customer service for the investment account in products and services.
For reporting year the company collected new orders for the amount of $1.65 billion that is 5% less than value of year prescription. In the division of ADP Employer Services providing services in payroll for the companies and the HRM solution, revenue increased by 4%, having exceeded $9.5 billion.
Revenue jumped the PEO Services direction within which complex services in personnel administration are offered by 13% and reached nearly $3.5 billion. It is about outstaffing (outstaffing) which is understood as service in the field of personnel management in a personnel output for staff of customer company and to its design in staff of the company provider. The average salary in workplaces which are managed by PEO Services at the end of year reached $462 thousand.
Follows from the report that in 2017 earned by ADP $6.4 billion for implementations of the integrated systems for personnel management. The company, referring to several researches, calls himself the leader in this market (its annual volume is estimated at $65 billion) by the number of clients and carries itself on the second place on sales of systems for formation of salaries.[1]
