History

2024: Osnova Group bought 2% of Wallty service

In mid-March 2024, it became known that the structures of the owner of the development and investment group of companies "Osnova" Alexander Ruchyyov acquired 2% of the service for managing loyalty programs Wallty. As a result of the transaction, this project is estimated at 1.5 billion rubles. Read more here.

2013: Areas of activity

As of 2013, it conducts its main activities in two areas - outsourcing the functions of the project office and developing a portfolio of its own development projects of hotels under international brands in the regions of Russia.

Since 2013, our own management company OSNOVA Hotel Management, created with the support of the consulting company BDO and coordinated to manage Hampton by Hilton hotels by Hilton Worldwide, has also begun work.

According to the signed Strategic Development Agreement (SDA) with Hilton Worldwide Inc., over the next 5 years, it is planned to open about 11 projects under the Operator's brands. OSNOVA Group is a member of the Russian SOVNET Project Management Association and takes regular part in its work, including within the framework of its own educational projects aimed at promoting project management in Russia.
