Belgorod cement

"The Belgorod cement" - the supplier of cement of the European quality for a construction complex of the Belgorod region. Products of the enterprise use broad popularity among consumers of a construction complex of Moscow, the Moscow, Belgorod, Kursk regions and other regions of Russia. The maximum enterprise capacity – 3.7 million tons of cement a year. For more than 60 years since launch of the plant to consumers more than 117 million tons of products were shipped.

History

Belgorodsky tsement Ltd which entered into holding 'EVROTSEMENT group' in 2005, one of the best enterprises of the cement industry of Russia, the first of cement works of the CIS received in 1998 the quality certificate on DIN 1164. The history of the plant begins since 1949. High quality of the Belgorod cements puts the plant in a row of world leading manufacturers. In 60 years of plant operation to consumers more than 100 million tons of products are shipped. Belgorodsky tsement is well-known to construction companies in Russia and also in 45 countries of the world. It is applied at construction of residential and administrative buildings, the subways, airfields, hydraulic engineering constructions, bridges, television towers and other responsible constructions. The profitable geographic location of the plant near the Russian-Ukrainian border allows to perform export-import transactions successfully. Enterprise capacity is 2 million 600 thousand tons of cement a year. Annually the enterprise offers more than 2 million tons of high-quality products on the market. For more complete satisfaction of the market with cement in 2006 the new workshop of a grinding of cement with three 1 million tons cement mills is put into operation.

All types of cement released by the plant are certified on the system of voluntary certification of GOST P. Two views are certified by testing laboratory of the Organization of quality control of the Union of the German cement works (Düsseldorf, Germany) on EN-197-1:2000 on compliance of CEM I 42.5 N and CEM II/A-S 32.5 N. The test division as a part of Quality Department for carrying out physicomechanical tests is equipped with the modern equipment of ELE International company (Great Britain). Products of the plant were noted more than once by the different international organizations: in 2006 'The Belgorod cement' took part in the national program 'The All-Russian brand (the III millennium). The quality label of the 21st century' was also awarded the highest award – 'A gold quality label'. The same year according to the results of the tender '100 best goods of Russia' three types of cement (PTs 500-D0, PTs 400-D20 and PTs 500-D0-N) are awarded with the Diploma of the winner, and the portlandtsement for asbestos-cement products is mentioned by the Diploma of the first degree.
