Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant

The Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant (BMP) is founded in 1762 and is one of the oldest industrial enterprises of Bashkortostan. In 2003 the plant was included into the Mechel group, and at the enterprise the large-scale program of reconstruction and modernization of production was begun.

Joint-stock company Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant (JSC BMK) – one of producers of a hardware in the Russian Federation. The range of products includes rolled wire and a steel wire from qualitative steel grades – carbonaceous, alloyed and corrosion-proof, steel ropes of different constructions without covering and zinced, a tape of the different sizes and sections, nails. The plant is the only enterprise of Russia where the microwire with a diameter up to 0.009 mm, the wire alloyed ball-bearing and red-hot in oil is issued.

Products of BMK are demanded practically in all industries: in fuel and energy, machine-building, construction and also at the enterprises of defense industry complex. The Beloretsk metallurgical plant has the certificate of conformity of quality management to the international standard ISO 9001:2008. JSC BMK is included into the Mechel Group.

Main types of products:

Rolling:

• hot-rolled products from quality carbon steels, carbon steels of general purpose, stainless steels, from alloy steels of different function diameters from 5.5 mm to 13.5 mm;
• the rolling heat-strenghtened in a camp flow for production of an armature by diameters from 5.5 to 10.0 mm weighing revolt of 1100-2100 kg;
• the rolling calibrated with a diameter from 3 to 17.0 mm of carbonaceous and alloy steels.

Wire:

• a wire from stainless steels – welding, for production of electrodes, a grid of different function and other products;
• a microwire with a diameter from 0.009 mm to 0.400 mm for sound recording, registers, grids for clearing of fluctuations and other products;
• a wire from alloy steels – ball-bearing, red-hot in oil, welding of different function light and copperplated in hanks and on eurocartridges, high-precision profiles of square and trapezoid section;
• a wire from carbon steels without covering – a wire spring in hanks and in rosettes, rope different groups of durability, high-strength reinforcing stabilized round and a periodic profile for reinforcing of reinforced concrete structures (ZhBK), for cold disembarkation, a wire for a holodnodeformirovanny armature (HDA) of a round or periodic profile in hanks up to 4000 kg;
• a wire of general purpose for production of nails, grids, etc.
• a wire from carbon steels with a zinc covering after hot galvanizing with a different density of zinc – rope different groups of durability, the wire of general purpose which is thermally processed in rosettes, a wire for cellulose coordination, for production of steel-aluminum wires, etc.;

Tape:

• A tape of different function from carbonaceous and alloy steels;
• Nails up to 200 mm long in boxes on pallets.

Ropes:

• Ropes from a steel high-carbonaceous wire without covering and a galvanized wire;
• ropes from corrosion-proof and low-magnetic steel grades of different constructions and appointment;
• ropes from plastically pressed out locks diameters from 0.55 to 64.0 mm;
• ropes the stabilized not pressed out previously strained 7th wire reinforcing.
