2025: Self Service Technologies bought TsTB LLC from Sovcombank
PJSC Sovcombank is no longer the owner of CTB LLC (Digital Technologies of the Future). The new owner was Self Service Technologies LLC. Changes occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in November 2025. LLC "TsTB" was established in 2014 and was engaged in the development of a network of post offices (lockers). In 2017, Sovcombank became interested in the project, having bought 99.9% of the developer. The company has been consistently unprofitable for several years. As of November 2025, the deal to sell the company is not closed, the shares are pledged by the bank.[1]
