History

2007: Purchase of the rights to production of phones under the name of Philips

After more than ten years' successful cooperation on February 12, 2007 SES corporation signed with Philips company the agreement on acquisition of production of mobile phones of the brand of Philips worldwide. On April 1 the same year of Sang Fei company production of mobile phones of the brand of Philips was officially transferred worldwide.

1996: Creation of the joint venture with Philips

On October 25, 1996 the subsidiary company of SES corporation – SED Industry (Shenzhen) with the Dutch firm Philips creates the joint company Philips-SED Consumer Communications (Shenzhen) on December 28, 2001 renamed into Shenzhen Sang Fei Consumer Communications.
