2024: Repair for 339 million rubles

On April 26, 2024, the Russian University of Medicine announced a tender for the overhaul of the facade of the building of the Clinical Center for Maxillofacial, Plastic Surgery and Dentistry in Moscow. The initial contract value is 339.16 million rubles.

The project provides for the repair of several blocks of the center, as well as the transition. The total area of ​ ​ the facades of the objects is 12,952,6 square meters, and the area of ​ ​ glazing, stained glass windows, external doorways is 4225 square meters. Repair and restoration of external panels and inter-panel joints, brick walls and deformation cracks in them is required. The Contractor shall install translucent structures with external and internal slopes, tides and windowsills, install a hinged ventilated system with insulation. In addition, repair of entrance groups, wings, paving and ramps will be carried out.

The Contractor shall ensure that its personnel comply with the rules of access control, schedule and operation at the site. The Contractor shall perform photographic recording of the works performed in three stages: before, during and after the repair. The Contractor assumes the responsibility and warranty obligations for the entire scope of the work performed.

Repair of the Clinical Center for Maxillofacial Surgery will be carried out at the expense of extrabudgetary funds. The deadline for the delivery of the facility is July 1, 2025. When carrying out the work, the contractor shall comply with the requirements of environmental safety and public health protection, legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the city of Moscow, as well as the instructions of supervisory authorities. The performance of work should not endanger the health of employees of the medical institution and third parties.[1]
