History

2020

For November, 2020 "The construction yard" is 50 shops in 17 cities of Russia. In total in them nearly 2500 employees work. The company owns trade and warehouse with a total area more than 200 thousand sq.m., and the number of units of goods on them reaches 3 billion.

In addition to standard services – delivery, shipment at own expense, unloading and consultations – "The construction yard" helps clients with the following directions: sawing up, a kolerovka, calculation of materials on the construction calculator.

2010

The company specializes in a complete set of construction objects, reconstruction and repair. In the company there is the retail network, but the main competences lie in the area of a complete set and service in the construction market.

On 9/1/2010 in Stroitelny dvor Tyumen LLC 1589 people work, and the number of employees grows, despite crisis. In the company there are technical specialists, the training center, big service of logistics with the vehicle fleet. Today our centers of a complete set are in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Surgut. Each base has identical model with an area of 5 hectares, of warehouses from 7 to 13 thousand sq.m, with railway deadlocks. All centers of a complete set are located in places of comfortable traffic intersections. In warehouses the trade inventory to half a billion rubles is daily supported that creates to us profitable advantage to providing good logistic conditions for builders.

In 2010 there began work the online store of "The construction yard", the company refused development of electronic platforms of specialized shops over time.

2008

in 2008 from "The construction yard" specialized shops "Teplootdacha" and "Polovik" were selected. Utilities, the thermal equipment, insulating materials, plumbing fixtures and tools entered the range of the first; the second — floor coverings, materials for facing of a floor, walls and ceilings.

2006

In 2006 development of retail network of Construction Yard company began.
