Department of tenders and auctions of the Ivanovo region

The department of tenders and auctions of the Ivanovo region is formed in March, 2006 and is the central executive body of the government of the Ivanovo region pursuing state policy of the Ivanovo region and exercising cross-industry control and coordination on the questions carried to its maintaining and also functional regulation in the field of:

• determinations of suppliers (contractors, contractors) by carrying out tenders and auctions for the state customers of the Ivanovo region and budget institutions of the Ivanovo region conducting procurement;
• privatizations of the property which is in state-owned property of the Ivanovo region;
• the organizations of tender for assignment of the status of the guaranteeing supplier of electrical energy in the territory of the Ivanovo region;
• the organizations and tenderings in the form of tenders and auctions for sale of the land plots which are in the city district of Ivanovo.
• ensuring implementation of state policy in the field of purchases for ensuring needs of the Ivanovo region, the organization of monitoring of purchases and also methodological maintenance of activity of the customers conducting procurement.
