Elektrostal plant of heavy mechanical engineering, joint stock company (EZTM)

The Elektrostal plant of heavy mechanical engineering founded in 1942 is one of the largest enterprises of the heavy industry of Russia.

Today JSC EZTM is the modern enterprise which independently projects, makes and supplies the complex equipment for pipe-rolling and pipe welding units, the equipment of finishing and a covering of pipes, camps of cold rolling of pipes, camps medium-grade, small-size, wire, detaleprokatny, sharoprokatny and other special camps, bearings of liquid friction, steel rolling rolls to camps of cold and hot rolling, spare parts to the released equipment.

The equipment released by JSC EZTM is unique. Practically each machine, a camp or in general a rolling complex is created projected and manufactured) on individual tasks of the customer and according to the individual drawings satisfying all specific needs of each consumer. Thanks to long work in this area the enterprise gained extensive experience and locates own school of creation of the pipe equipment.

On camps with the EZTM brand 70 percent of pipes for the chemical, oil and gas industry, heat-and-power engineeering, construction, the space equipment and other industries of Russia and the CIS countries are produced. Products of the enterprise differ in high quality and are at the level of world samples. The technological level and originality of construction are protected by copyright certificates and patents (2372 copyright certificates and patents of the Russian Federation protect constructions of JSC EZTM).

JSC EZTM has the finished cycle of production and includes metallurgical, welding, machine-assembling and auxiliary types of production. As a part of the enterprise design and technology departments, a research complex and the development shop successfully work.
