2025: Complex Construction

Mega-Stroy M completed the construction of the third stage of the Emelyanovsky production and logistics complex in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was reported by the press service of the Yenisei Siberia instrumentation on October 30, 2025.

The creation of the second stage is being completed, which will increase the area of ​ ​ the park by another 30 thousand square meters. m in February 2025. The construction of the third stage of the park involves a warehouse complex with an area of ​ ​ 41 thousand square meters. m.
