Fly Drone is the developer of the single window system of digital life cycle services for unmanned aircraft (BVS). The company's goal is to present to all users of drones the possibility of comfortable and legal use of airspace, as well as commercialize their skills, offering their services to an unlimited number of customers. Fly Drone is a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center (by July 2021).

The solutions proposed by the company are protected in the mode of trade secrets, and in addition, certificates to databases and computer programs, according to the Skolkovo website. The Fly Done service allows you to:

  • register the user, his fleet BVS and verify the user through the State Services;
  • determine the flight conditions of the aircraft navigation system, visually indicate the flight route taking into account the current aeronautical information;
  • generate a submission for the establishment of a temporary/local flight mode, and then the flight plan itself and send them to automatically determined authorities for approval

2021: Rostec bought a stake in Fly Drone

July 23, 2021 it became known about the purchase by Rostec of a stake in Fly Drone. This is evidenced by the data of SPARK-Interfax.

Rostec acquired a stake in the developer of a service for servicing drones

According to Interfax, citing this system, on July 20, 2021, two participants entered the Fleet Drone capital: 25% was received by Rostec-controlled RT-Business Development LLC, 24.9% by Era-Transport Solutions LLC entrepreneur Ekaterina Lapshina. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

According to SPARK-Interfax, in January 2021, Russian citizens Nikita Danilov (with a share of 70%) and Alexander Kaniovsky (30%) registered the company in Moscow. The agency notes that both of them are ex-employees of the FSUE "State Corporation for the Organization of Air Traffic in the Russian Federation," subordinate to the Federal Air Transport Agency. In July 2021, the shares of Danilov and Kaniovsky amounted to 35.07% and 15.03%, respectively.[1]
