History
2024: Change of ownership
In the largest Russian company for the production of dairy products "Galaxy," based in the Leningrad region, there was a change of ownership. This time, the composition of shareholders changed after the Singapore company King Time Marine Private Limited left the owners on August 28, 2024, losing its 18.94% stake to the new owner, the United Arab Emirates-registered company Dayline-Frizon Kampani.
According to Business News Agencies, earlier King Time Marine Private Limited was liquidated, completing its operations in 2024. Since 2015, this company has been engaged in wholesale trade, forwarding and packaging of goods, and also functioned as a holding company. The new shareholder, Dayriline-Frison Kampani, is registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Economic Zone in Dubai, which is known as Silicon Oasis.
Galatika,These changes in ownership became part of a broader reshuffle of the company's shareholders, which began after Roman Trotsenko, one of the former owners of Galactica, was included in the EU sanctions list on June 25, 2024. As a result, Akvamarin LLC, previously owned by Roman Trotsenko, resigned from the founders of the company, transferring its share of 19.03% to Niunai LLC. Until August 26, 2024, Niunai belonged to Gleb Trotsenko, the son of Roman Trotsenko, but then Alexander Orekhov became the owner.
As of August 2024, the structure of the Galaxy's ownership is as follows: 32% belongs to Lateo LLC, which is associated with entrepreneur Andrei Beskhmelnitsky, 26.24% to the Luxembourg company Altair Holding S.A., 3.79% to Igor Du, 19.03% to Niunai LLC, and 18.94% to Dayline-Frison Campani[2]
