Ilm it was created in 2001 as specialized enterprise on design, production and service of management systems for the mining equipment. Began the productive activity of Ilm on January 3, 2002 when the first agreement was signed with the Zarechnaya mine, Mr. Polysayevo, the Kemerovo region (Ukraine nowadays enters into structure of JSC Donetskstal), on delivery of an automated system of SAUK138M for management of the mechanized timbering. A system was delivered on the mine, passed tests and was highly appreciated by specialists who noted that in comparison with manual control the SAUK138M system considerably increases performance and labor safety due to increase in speed of fastening of a roof and providing the guaranteed timbering section thrust.

Since 2005 Ilm of the beginning release of own systems of electrohydraulic management for the sinking equipment. Management systems for combines "Urals 10", "Urals-20P", "Urals 61", and also the system of electrohydraulic management "KP21DR" were developed for remote control of the KP21 combine on a radio channel.

In total from 2001 to 2012 on mines of Kuzbass, Vorkuta and East Donbass 36 systems of Ilma for automated management of the mechanized timbering, about 300 management systems for sinking combines "Ural20r", "Ural61", "Ural10", "KP200T", "KP21" and the self-propelled SBU250 drilling rig are delivered.

Long-term experience and modern high-tech solutions allowed the company to head since the beginning of 2010 for full-scale upgrade.

In 2010 on the basis of a management system for a timbering of SAUK138M the management system for the mechanized Ilma MK complex which includes in addition to the equipment for management of a timbering, the equipment of visualization and monitoring, control of bottomhole mechanisms, precautionary pre-launch signaling and loudspeaker communication, the equipment of management of a tension of the lavny pipeline was created. In the Ilma MK system the data transmission on a radio channel used in radio pressure sensors and an inclination was also mastered.

By 2012 processes of hardware upgrade affected all products which are almost turned out by the company. IBP1 uninterruptible power supply units were upgraded (capacity of the rechargeable battery is increased, overall dimensions and weight are reduced, light indication of battery power), irrigation valves is entered (from mechanical to electromagnetic), the systems of electrohydraulic control of combines of SEU "Ural20r", "Ural61", "Ural10", "KP21" (the SMRK system is introduced) and so forth.

Among the newest developments of special design-technology department of Ilma:

  • loud speaking communications systems of SGS2 of lavny and entry execution. The main feature of systems is use of digital data processing using optical fiber that allows to increase data transfer rate by 10 times, to increase resistance to noises (the noises caused by operation of bottomhole mechanisms are completely excluded), to increase quality of the transferred messages, to instantly diagnose the place of damage of cable jumpers to the automated mode, etc.
  • the monitoring system of reducers of SMRK combines intended for implementation of monitoring of mechanical nodes (reducers, structural elements) of sinking and clearing Ural10 combines, the Urals 20, the Urals of 61 and sinking KP21D combines by means of different sensors. The PU2 control panel thanks to which function of "A black box" is implemented is composition. Reading of information of "A black box" is made without interrupting technology management process by means of the built-in radio modem.
  • automatic system of dust suppression of ASP which allows to make irrigation of places of a pylevydeleniye of pipeline lines by means of nozzles (sprinklers). A basic element of a system is the block of nozzles with the solenoid valve of irrigation connected to it. Control of the valve of irrigation is exercised by giving of power voltage by means of inclusion of "dry contact" of the equipment of control of the pipeline (ECP), or other komandokontroller.

All management systems are equipped with protection of a type "an intrinsically safe electrical circuit" and "a blast-tight cover", intended for operation in the mines dangerous on gas and coal dust, have the corresponding permissions of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision. The majority of products of Ilma are protected by patents of Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks.

For production of products the modern hi-tech equipment is used. The machine park of the enterprise includes:

  • the milling vertical processing centers having the high performance, accuracy and reliability. The processing centers give the chance to make parts of irregular shape and a configuration.
  • the universal milling machine equipped with the device of digital indication for exact positioning of parts.
  • the machine of precision processing which allows to receive high-precision openings by production and repair of the hydraulic equipment.
  • lathes about the CNC and welding semi-automatic machines.
  • the lathe with the CNC (Germany). The machine differs in high dynamics and accuracy and executes milling, drilling and standard transactions of turning.
  • machine of laser-beam cutting (Japan). Using the machine it is possible to receive ready parts from sheet rolling for one transaction that excludes need of additional metalwork processing of procurements and considerably expands a technology framework.
  • laser marker for an engraving of different surfaces.
  • line of surface mount of printed circuit boards. Application of the line of surface mount allowed to reduce the weight and overall dimensions of products of the company, increased transmission quality of poor and high-frequency signals due to reduction of length of outputs and more dense configuration of component parts on a payment, increased technological effectiveness and performance and reduced labor input of production of payments.
  • grinder. Main advantage of the machine is an opportunity in the automated mode to perform grinding of both an outside, and internal surface of products

Thus, now "MK of Ilm has unique production base which allows to increase performance of the enterprise, quality and functionality of products, to reduce terms of its production, to reduce the weight and overall dimensions and so forth.

The quality and reliability of management systems of Ilma are confirmed by letters of acknowledgement from heads of mines where they are exploited.

The big contribution of the company to development of the coal industry of Kuzbass is mentioned by the letter of acknowledgement of Administration of the Kemerovo region.

Management systems and the equipment of production of Ilma are well known by specialists of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Germany, Poland and China.

The enterprise regularly participates in specialized international exhibitions, including together with the well-known Russian and foreign companies. At the international coal exhibitions in Russia (to Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo) management systems of Ilma were shown as a part of the equipment of production of the Yurga, Kopeisk, Kamensk machine-building plants and JSC Anzheromash. In 2007 and 2009 at the international exhibitions in China a management system of Ilma SAUK138M was shown on the biggest section of a timbering of production of "GShO Chzhenchzhoussky plant" in the world and on sections of a timbering of production "Ordos Juding Coal Mine Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd".
