The KPI system for monitoring of a business situation works at the enterprise. The basis of calculations is formed by the strategic plan of sales by each type of products (planning period not less than 3 years). Among the given KPI it is possible to select: assessment of accomplishment of an indicator of production (by types of products), monitoring of accomplishment of plans, the analysis by products for any date, monitoring by workshops for the reasons of a delay of delivery of production orders, indicators on process of marketing and sales and other.
The technology of process management allows to reach accomplishment of strategic indicators and also provides additional benefits.
