JSC Krasnogorskaya elektricheskaya set buys the electric power in wholesale market of the electric power and power (OREM) and delivers it to legal entities and physical persons.

History

2009

On August 12, 2009 (in connection with changes of the legislation in the power industry), there is a reorganization of JSC KES as a result of which there is separation into the sales company JSC Krasnogorskaya elektricheskaya set (JSC KES) and the territorial network organization JSC Krasnogorsk Enterprise of the Electric Networks (JSC KPES).

2008

In 2008 JSC Krasnogorskaya elektricheskaya set signed the agreement on accession to the trading system of wholesale market and since 1/1/2009 Society is a full participant of OREM.

2006

In October, 2006 JSC Krasnogorskaya elektricheskaya set was given the status of the Guaranteeing supplier in the territory of the Krasnogorsk municipal district of the Moscow region.

1999

In September, 1999, according to the solution of labor collective, AP "KES" receives the state certificate on state registration already as Krasnogorskaya elektricheskaya set (JSC KES) Open joint stock company.

1986

In 1986 the Production Territorial Association of Municipal Economy (PTAME) into which structure "KES", and four years later executive committee of the Krasnogorsk council of district deputies utverdilap was entered by "KES" at PTOGH of the Krasnogorsk district is approved (according to order No. 1288/29 of 12/14/1990).

1962: Creation of the company

In 1962 the Krasnogorsk Power Supply Network enterprise (further "KES") was created by executive committee of management of Mosoblelektro (according to the order of executive committee Mosoblsoveta of deputies of workers No. 639-P of 5/4/1962).
