Novoroscement OJSC, the oldest cement company Russia , celebrated its 125th anniversary in December 2007 and is one of the largest domestic cement producers.
OJSC Novoroscement is the only cement producer in the Krasnodar Territory capable of fully meeting the needs of the construction complex of the South of Russia and neighboring regions.
The basis for the intensive development of the cement industry in Novorossiysk is high-quality raw materials, the proximity of sales markets, ice-free waters of the Black Sea, and the presence of a developed transport network.
All products are certified, have certificates of conformity, have high quality characteristics and stability of properties.
Control of compliance of the products with the requirements of regulatory documentation is provided by laboratories equipped with modern testing equipment and instruments.
The presence of a high level of laboratory equipment makes it possible to test cements for compliance with both Russian and foreign standards (European, Spanish, British, American).
Activity
The production facilities of OJSC Novoroscement make it possible to produce about 4 million tons of high-quality cement per year, the range of which can meet the growing needs of domestic and foreign buyers.
History
2026: Seizure of shares for illegal foreign control over them
The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory arrested the shares of Verkhnebakansky Cement Plant and Novoroscement, which belong to Actual Investments JSC. The seizure was also imposed on all property of the group's organizations, with the exception of manufactured products. Information in January 2026 follows from the court's file cabinet. In January 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded to turn assets in the amount of 45 billion rubles. holding "Novoroscement" businessman Lev Kvetnov to the treasury of the state, which concluded an agreement on the creation of JSC "Actual Investments." To bypass the restrictions of the President of the Russian Federation in 2022, Kvetnoy sold the assets of the JSC.[1]
