In July, 2018 shareholders of ID "SK the Press" made the decision to close PC Magazine/Russian Edition and to refuse the license agreement with Ziff Davis International.

1982: David Bannel bases the magazine
PC Magazine known also as PC Mag, was founded as the American magazine about the computer equipment in 1982. The first release covered February-March of the specified year. David Bunnell who afterwards left the project and who based also the PC World magazine[1] acted as the founder [1].
