PTE PZU (Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU) is created on August 6, 1998. PZU indirectly owns 100% of stocks. PTE PZU manages OFE PZU Zchota Jesien, the third largest open pension fund in Poland (as of 2012), as from the point of view of her members (2.2 million), and net assets (PLN 33900000000).

• TFI PZU, Warsaw, Poland

TFI PZU (Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych) is created on February 3, 1999. PZU owns 100% of stocks of the company. It is created for management of investment fund.

• PZU AM, Warsaw, Poland

PZU AM is created on April 17, 1998. 100% of stocks of the company directly own PZU. Conducts broker activity.

• PZU SA Operations Center, Warsaw, Poland

PZU SA Operations Center works in structure of the PZU Group since August, 1998. PZU directly owns 100% of stocks of the company. The main activity of the company - provision of services on technical support of insurance.

• PZU Pomoc SA, Warsaw, Poland

PZU Pomoc SA is created on February 24, 2009. 100% of stocks of the company belong to PZU. Activity of the company consists in the organization of the help insured and management of programs of loyalty.

• PZU Litwa, Vilnius, Lithuania

PZU Litwa is registered in the register of legal entities on August 9, 1993. PZU directly owns 99.76% of stocks of the company. The company works in business of risk insurance and life insurance.

• PZU Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine

Ukraine works with PZU since 1993. 100% of stocks directly or indirectly own PZU. The company works in business of risks insurance and life insurance.

• Tower Inwestycje, Warsaw, Poland

Tower Inwestycje is registered on July 2, 2001. 100% of stocks directly or indirectly belong to PZU. Tower Inwestycje is created as special company PZU for provision of services, connected with construction and installation of a real estate and managements by them and also leases of office spaces, purchases and property sales. The activity performed by Tower Inwestycje regarding investments so far consists generally of investment of excess cash.

• Ogrodowa - Inwestycje sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland

Ogrodowa - Inwestycje sp. z o.o. it is registered on September 29, 2004. 100% of stocks directly belong to PZU. Activity of the company - leasing transactions and hotel business.
