2024:90% profit growth to RUB 330.5 mln

At the end of 2024, Pervouralskbank showed a net profit of 330.5 million rubles. For comparison, a year earlier this figure was 174.9 million rubles. Thus, an increase of almost 90% was recorded. Such data are contained in the financial report of the credit institution, which TAdviser got acquainted with in early August 2025.

Interest income is indicated in the amount of 1.93 billion rubles against 1.03 billion rubles in 2023. At the same time, interest expenses soared from 530.9 million rubles to 1.36 billion rubles. Profit from continuing operations on an annualized basis approximately doubled - from 174.68 million rubles to 355.05 million rubles.

Pervouralskbank completed the year with profit growth to 330.5 million rubles

In 2024, Pervouralskbank demonstrated an increase in the retail portfolio by 78% - from 424.78 million rubles to 754.84 million rubles. The share of car loans in the structure decreased on an annualized basis from 9% to 6%. At the same time, the share of housing loans jumped from 40% to 60%: the bank notes for itself such advantages of this area as high profitability, security and low risk. Consumer loans to individuals in 2024 increased by 16% and amounted to 33% of the retail portfolio against 51% in 2023.

The report notes that in 2024 Pervouralskbank took an active part in financing the Russian economy. The corporate loan portfolio showed an increase of 25% - from 3.15 billion rubles to 3.94 billion rubles. The lion's share fell on lending to leasing companies - 88% against 84% in 2023. The share of lending for the purchase of special equipment decreased from 7% to 3% year-on-year. Another 9% were other loans.

In 2024, the bank's factoring portfolio grew by 49% and reached 1.43 billion rubles. At the same time, 83% of customers are small and medium-sized businesses, which corresponds to the strategy for supporting the relevant market segment.[1]
