Owners

Business of bank in the 2000th years was closely connected with pulp-and-paper corporation "Ilim Pulp". For 2015 the former top manager of this corporation Stanislav Patenko (100%) acts as the key owner of credit institution.

Activities

The main activities of bank — crediting of legal entities and the population, service of accounts of corporate clients, attraction in deposits of means of individuals.

The credit institution offers clients a standard set of banking services and also broker service, factoring, bank guarantees, money transfers according to the Contact and Western Union systems, customs cards and plastic cards of Visa and MasterCard payment systems.

Assets

For June, 2015 the network of service of bank is provided head and two additional offices in St. Petersburg and branch in Moscow. The network of own ATMs of bank contains nine devices, seven of which are located in St. Petersburg.

As primary clients the enterprises of small and medium business trade, construction, transport, forest, woodworking and other industries act. Among clients of bank — Ametis Ltd, JSC Lengiprotrans, KK Sibirsky dom otsenki LLC, Saurun Investment Company LLC, Kvartal LLC, JSC Radioavionica JSC, Avto Yugo-Zapad LLC, Aziyalayn LLC, Sputnik LLC, Irkutsk Plant of Chains LLC and the company connected with the Ilim group.

History

1991: Registration of Bratskkompleks bank

On December 10, 1991 the bank is registered by the Central Bank of Russian Federation in Bratsk (Irkutsk region) under the name Bratskkompleks corresponding to its main objective — to service of the enterprises and employees of Bratsk Forestry Complex.

2003: Renaming into Promservisbank

In 2003 financial organization is renamed into Promservisbank.

Since February, 2005 the bank logs in deposit insurance.

2009: Transfer of head office to St. Petersburg

In 2009 the head office was transferred to St. Petersburg, and the office in Bratsk received the status of branch.

2014: Renaming into Oranzhevy bank

In April, 2014 Promservisbank was renamed into Orange. The first deputy chairman of the board of bank Valentina Galitskaya told that the bank preposted a great number of focus groups with different categories of clients, and most of potential visitors noted that it would be interesting to it to be serviced in bank with so unusual concept.

The model of business of Orange was separated into three levels. The first are the standardized approaches in service, at the same time not "the bicycle was invented", and the most successful experience in the market was used.

The second – individual approach, the personified products, the personal manager.

And the third – where, according to her, "the transaction will be organized under the client", i.e., it is the service level of status clients.

"I did not face those tasks from clients which we could not execute", - the first deputy chairman of board of Orange emphasizes.
"When we looked for the way, I went on banks much, I tried to feel the client and to forget what to be the banker, - Mrs. Galitskaya tells. – In departments where there were even no racks, the barrier was felt even without its visualization. And we tried to destroy this barrier by feeling of comfort – when the client gets to a situation which does not remind him bank. And employees at us communicate not as bankers"[1].
