History

2018: Purchase by congatec company

The congatec company — the supplier of the standard and user built-in computer payments, modules and the software — announced on February 27, 2018 acquisition of the German company Real-Time Systems GmbH. The RTS company will become child structure of congatec and will continue to work independently, doing the business, as before, providing hypervisor software for work on any equipment of architecture x86, but now with world sales departments and technical support from congatec, ready to support this product. Financial terms of transaction do not reveal.

According to representatives of congatec, acquisition of the technology of a hypervisor checked in the market and settled, fulfilled which corresponds to customer needs in real time and to the industry 4.0, is an important milestone for the company.
