Efforts of Norma company on improvement of the applied business processes and implementation of more advanced technical solutions allowed to increase satisfaction of buyers and to increase their flow in shops of network. In turn, as report in the company, it became one of factors in achievement by Norma at the end of 2009 of the best economic indicators (despite a world financial crisis when many leading retailers announced sales reduction).
