• In 1993 the children's alpine ski school became the first project of Rosinzhiniring company. Effective management allowed the company grow in 1994 in full-fledged ski resort under the name "Okhta park", the first in the Leningrad Region complex constructed on a commercial basis.
• In 1995 the first system of artificial snow making which was purchased and mounted by own forces earned. From this point it is possible to reckon progress of Rosinzhiniring company as holding. The company offered the service market which became demanded.
• From 1995 to 2006 the company took part in implementation more than sixty objects.
• In 2006 specialists of the company started the biggest automatic system of artificial snow making in the territory of the Russian Federation in the city of Kazan which treats exemplary even to strict European measures.
• In 2007 the Rosinzhiniring company was selected by JSC Gazprom company as the General designer and the General contractor for the second queue of the Mountain and tourist center "Gazprom" from Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi and also for construction of a number of sporting venues for "Sochi-2014".
