2014

In 2014 there were changes in governing bodies of Samarskiye gorodskiye elektricheskiye seti Ltd. The CEO of society since March 4, 2014 Ostapenko Ivan Aleksandrovich is appointed the solution of Board of Directors of SGES Ltd of February 28, 2014. Earlier he held positions of the vice chairman of the board of JSC Bank Prioritet, the director of economics and finance of Volga Management Power Service Company LLC, the associate director of Directorate of marketing and sales of Objedinennye avtomobilnye tekhnologii LLC, the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of Energiya razvitiya, audit LLC, the deputy CEO of RT-Energotrading LLC.

2006

In 2006 a new chapter of history of SGES Ltd was opened: Alexander Vladimirovich Serov became the CEO of the Samara city electric networks. Its arrival on the enterprise for time matched competition aggravation in the electrical power sphere, emergence in Samara of a set of the new network companies. Toughening of working conditions demanded from the young head of acceptance of drastic measures on increase in efficiency of functioning of the Samara City Electric Supply Company, business competitiveness gain. So, in 2007 SGES Ltd received honourable, but also to much the binding status of the Guaranteeing supplier of electrical energy, and in anniversary – the 2008th year – the enterprise entered wholesale market of electrical energy and power where began to make purchase of the electric power for needs of the consumers independently. All this in a complex the most positive image affected financial and economic indicators of work of the Samara city electric networks and also strengthened a role of the utility power grid company in ensuring normal life activity of the million-plus city.

2001

In 2001 Anatoly Stepanovich Komlev from a duty of the director of SGES Ltd was released by Olga Aleksandrovna Serova. She headed the enterprise in time, very difficult for Russia, when in the country process of reforming of power supply system was well under way. And the fact that in the changing conditions of SGES Ltd not only did not lose the leading positions in the Samara market of power supply, but also, on the contrary, strengthened them, an undoubted merit of Olga Aleksandrovna. Thanks to her talent of the head, persistence and unique diligence at the beginning of the 21st century the enterprise received a power pulse for further development. In this hard time to one of the forefront there were problems of increase in payment discipline of subscribers, establishments of civilized relationship between participants of process of production-transfer-electricity consumption. Along with it a lot of things were made also regarding development of production base SGES Ltd, automation of workflow, mechanization of laborious works on aerial and cable lines, to improvement of working conditions of personnel of the Samara City Electric Supply Company. Successful plant management created premises for Olga Aleksandrovna Serova's transition to key posts to federal and regional authorities where the most intense and significant areas of work, such as construction, housing and communal services development, investment attraction in area economy are entrusted to it.

1990

In the 1990th year of KGES become the "Kuibyshev City Electric Networks" Rent Enterprise (RE), in 1992 – AP "Samara City Electric Networks", in 1995 – Samarskiye gorodskiye elektricheskiye seti LLC, and since June, 1998 this Samarskiye gorodskiye elektricheskiye seti Ltd.

Huge and eventful history of "The Samara city electric networks" is closely connected with names of his heads. The first chief of the department of the Kuibyshev cable networks – was called SGES Ltd so 50 years ago - there was Gleb Vitalyevich Mavritsky who played one of key roles in formation of the power grid enterprise. Besides, in many respects thanks to its efforts in the middle of last century process of electrification of the city of Kuibyshev became more active, high-quality changes of the scheme of a distribution network began.

1987

And on January 1, 1987 KKS, according to the decision of the Kuibyshev regional executive committee, is renamed into the Kuibyshev city electric networks. By then it already was large enterprise which is engaged not only in operation and repair of the electric networks, but also distribution of electrical energy. On balance of KGES there were 32658 conventional units, namely: transformer substations of 6-10 kV - 1581; IS of 6-10 kV – 71; cable lines of 6-10-0.4 kV – 2088.77 km; aerial lines of 6-10-0.4 kV – 791.09 km. As a part of the enterprise there were 5 network areas, subscription service, etc. auxiliary services. There was an active capacity-building of networks, the new equipment is purchased, the park of cars and mechanisms is replenished, there is a construction of new bases.

In the early sixties last century rapid development of Kuibyshev began, new apartment houses were built. Respectively, it required also development of the electric network. High-quality changes of the scheme of a distribution network began. In new residential arrays with multi-storey building the dual-beam feed circuit of consumers began to be applied. Much attention was paid to creation of a trusted power line.

In the fifties the last century there was an active construction of overhead power transmission lines 35, 110 kV. In these conditions selection of the city electric network in the independent enterprise was recognized reasonable. As a result, on September 1, 1958 at REU "Kuybyshevenergo" the "Management of the Kuibyshev Cable Networks" (MKCN) enterprise was created. This date is also an official Birthday of Samarskiye gorodskiye elektricheskiye seti Ltd. At that time the city power supply network included: substations of 35/6 kV – 5; TP and RP of 6/0.4 kV – 219; the air power transmission lines of 6 kV – 39.64 km; the air power transmission lines up to 1 kV – 537.3 km; cables of 22-35 kV – 24.1 km; cables of 0.4-6 kV – 174 km. Number of staff was – 191 persons.

Electrification of the settlements of Kuibyshev was carried out to this period. Then about 50 settlements (70 thousand apartments) had no electric lighting. Operation on construction and reconstruction of a distribution network began. For improvement of power supply of consumers 4 integral mobile substations of 35/6-10 kV were temporarily mounted, construction of large urban substations of 110/35-10-6 kV began.

1983

On March 29, 1983 UKKS in compliance with the order of Ministry of Energy No. 425 of 12/2/1982 was renamed into the Kuibyshev cable networks.

1976

In 1976 Anatoly Stepanovich Komlev directing the organization for quarter of the century was appointed the director of UKKS. These years were marked for the enterprise by serious changes, connected not only with development of the enterprise and improvement of the scheme of power supply of consumers, but also with improvement of a management structure of power supply networks, emergence of new features.

1959

By 1959 networks of the Kirov, Soviet, partially Krasnoglinsky and Kuibyshev districts of the city were accepted as a member of UKKS.

Management of air and cable networks was a part of the District power management of Kuybyshevenergo formed in 1942 as the independent enterprise. By then was in operation: substations of 35/6 kV – 2; TP 6/0.23 – 109; The power transmission line of 35 kV – 87 km; The power transmission line of 0.23-6 kV – 137 km; cables of 0.23-6-22 kV – 133 km. Number of staff of Management was 129 people. Ivan Petrovich Sroslov, the chief engineer – Anatoly Avgustovich Tsiber was the first director of UVKS. Many staff of the enterprise already had by then extensive work experience in networks and in days of the Great Patriotic War they provided reliable power supply of industrial enterprises of the city.

1958: Creation of the company
