St. Petersburg state theatrical library

In fund of Theatrical library which birthday it is considered to be on August 30, 1756 when the Decree of the Empress Elizabeth Petrovna on organization of the Russian theater was issued for September, 2020 there are over 600 thousand units of storage: more than 62 thousand manuscripts, more than 20 thousand sketches of suits and scenery of theatrical artists of XVI−XXI of centuries, a collection of drama works in languages of the people of Russia and foreign countries of XVI−XXI of centuries, archive documents.
