TsBS of Kurortny district

The St. Petersburg public institution of culture "The centralized library system of Kurortny administrative region", is created by the Order of Committee on culture and tourism of the mayor's office of St. Petersburg of 6/22/94, the order of the head of administration of Kurortny district of 6/23/94, by merge of the Centralized library system of the Sestroretsk area and the Centralized library system of Zelenogorsk and is the right receiver of the Centralized library system of the Sestroretsk area created by the Decision of Executive committee of Sestroretsk regional council of deputies of workers of Leningrad of 3/23/78, and the Centralized library system of Zelenogorsk.
