YaFTs, Yakut Share Center

For March, 2019 Joint-stock obshchestvo Republican Specialized Registrar Yakutsky Fondovy Centre (JSC RSR YaFTs) is the independent registrar in the Far Eastern Federal District performing activities for maintaining the register of owners of personalized securities as parent organization.

JSC RSR YaFTs since 1995 is a member of self-regulatory organization of participants of the securities market – the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents, Depositaries (PAR,TA,D). At implementation of the activity of JSC RSR YaFTs is guided by standards of SRO. The major shareholder of JSC RSR YaFTs - the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on behalf of the Ministry of the property and land relations of RS(Ya).
