The Yoshkar-Ola CHPP-1 municipal unitary enterprise is a component of the diversified managing housing and communal services complex as independent economic entity with the right of the legal entity and is the commercial organization.

The enterprise performs production of thermal and electrical energy, heat supply, hot water supply, and power supply of consumers of the city of Yoshkar-Ola and also the current maintenance and repair, reconstruction of power stations, the equipment of the thermal and electric networks, production of consumer goods and a business activity.

History

Yoshkar-Ola CHPP-1 Municipal Unitary Enterprise is the large modern enterprise of utility power, in structure: Combined heat and power plant with a set electric power of 6.5 MW, thermal - 225 Gcal/hour, 32 heating boiler houses (HBH) with an installed capacity of 437 Gcal/hour, 23 central heat distribution station (CHDS), 2 stations of swapping, 188.5 km of thermal networks, 1477 km cable and overhead power transmission lines, 5 substations (PS) of 110/6 kV, 28 distribution points (DP), 396 transformer points (TP). At the enterprise about two thousand people work.
