Investment company "Solid" bought the plant of automobile bearings in Dubna "ZAP N1"

Automobile Bearing Plant No. 1 was created in September 2016. In March 2024, the construction of the second stage of the enterprise on the territory of the Dubna special economic zone was announced. The plant specializes in import-substituting production of automobile and industrial bearings. In particular, hub two-row radial-thrust closed ball bearings with detachable internal rings, including magnetic encoders for cars with ABS system, are produced.

The territory of the plant is about 5300 square meters. Production capacity as of the end of 2024 reaches 400 thousand products per year. The bearings produced correspond to the sixth accuracy class. The assembly line is designed with the possibility of embedding and automation of other technological operations. In addition, automatic grinding lines of the inner and outer bearing rings are introduced. There is a special measuring laboratory, the tasks of which include control of the metal structure, surface quality, as well as vibroacoustic control. The company offers contract production services: it is argued that the production of products at the Russian plant will significantly reduce the delivery time and save customers from logistics problems.[1]
