Dulton Media (Dalton of Media)

"Dalton of Media" owns two projects: service for the organization of video broadcastings and services video on - to a request "YaTV" and the B2B-platform for placement and monetization of video Eagle.Platform. It is expected that during 2012 50-70 corporate clients will become subscribers of Eagle.Platform.

History

• In February, 2012 it became known that the Prostor Capital fund which co-investor is the former Minister of Communications Leonid Reiman, announced investment of the unnamed amount of the Dalton of Media company which is engaged in development of video solutions on the Internet^[1].

• On March 26, 2012 "Russian Association for Electronic Communications" (RAEC) announced creation of the Commission on media content as which initiator the Dalton of Media IT company acted.

Members of the commission set as main objectives of the work decrease in consumption of counterfeit and pirated content on the Internet, development of suggestions for improvement of interaction with profile state departments, consolidation and increase in level of self-regulation of the market of media content in Russia.

The CEO of Dalton of Media Anatoly Vorontsov became the commission chairman. Also members of RAEC, IVI.ru, Comdi and MIND Labs company were an initial part of the commission.

"The commission is urged to integrate owners, Internet platforms, seller of advertizing and technology services for distribution and monetization of media content — Anatoly Vorontsov said. — Activity of the commission will allow to construct constructive dialogue and to raise the culture of communication between representatives of the Internet industry, ideally — to rehabilitate media traffic of Runet therefore we invite all interested persons and the profile companies to join us and, perhaps, even to enter into Expert advice at the commission".
