At a stage of system implementation business process modeling in the Designer of ELMA program for better their execution is performed. Thanks to the simple and clear graphical interface the user can execute design of business processes without participation of the programmer.
The ELMA BPM platform provides convenient tools for monitoring of business processes therefore ELMA CRM+ in real practice of work of the enterprise allows to control their course and execution.
Customer interaction thanks to means of the application becomes faster and convenient. The functionality of a system gives the chance to quickly implement the actions which are often used during the work with clients: planning of calls and meetings, change of the statuses of transactions, etc.

Basic functions of the ELMA CRM+ application:
- information storage about contacts and partners – for each object is created the separate card containing the complete information on it.
- management of potential clients – if business relations with the organizations only began to be entered, and they did not become real clients yet, in a system there is a separate tool for work with future clients.
- management of transactions and relationship – it is possible to plan and carry out chains of customer relations and also to plan and control receipts according to transactions.
- maintaining marketing efforts – the application allows to plan and keep track of efficiency of carrying out marketing actions.
- search and an information access – the application base of ELMA CRM+ contains a huge number of records, but thanks to convenient functions of search it is possible to find the necessary record quickly and simply.
- work with clients – convenient tools for the organization of works on clients, conducting planning of relationship and collecting of statistical information on all activity. All process of works on the client is registered in the application on the corresponding cards. The history of relationship can be browsed.
The ELMA CRM application + can work as irrespective of other systems used in the organization and in close integration with them. There is a number of additional specific opportunities, in particular, integration of the ELMA system with the IP telephony systems.
The module "Integration with 1C" allows to provide integration of the ELMA BPM platform into all actively used versions of the 1C: Enterprise system - 7.7, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and also the final version: 8.3.
2016: ELMA CRM+ 3.9
First of all changes concerned category of partners and opportunities, and is right on work with them. Now they are set in one place – in the reference book "List of Categories". It considerably accelerates process of purpose of the rights and does it to the most convenient. Also, on forms of viewing partners, contacts, relationship, opportunities and transactions the Access tab for management of permissions was added. On it it is possible to browse the rights inherited from categories and to personally limit user rights on access to an object.
Still, in the new version of ELMA 3.9 the possibility of setup of access rights to separate fields of reference books appeared. Thus it is possible to hide easily from users some fields of reference books, at the same time without taking away from them the right to all object in general.
