2016: Edisoft joins Factoring Company Association

In May 2016, the Association of Factoring Companies (AFK) announced the entry of Edisoft LLC (Edisoft brand) into its members as an associate partner member. Thus, the company becomes the first ever participant in AFK, providing not factoring services, but IT solutions and services for the Russian factoring market.

2015: Edisoft Joins Trusted EDO Operators

On June 15, 2015, Edisoft announced confirmation by the Federal Tax Service of Russia that the company was included in the network of trusted electronic document management operators^[1].

The company considers this fact to be a confirmation of the safety of the transfer of invoices in electronic form through Edisoft.

The validity of the passport on joining Edisoft to the network of trusted operators has been extended until 2017. It confirms the sufficiency of the technical, personnel and legal capabilities of the provider to organize the exchange of electronic invoices.

According to the company, about 100 million electronic documents of companies in Russia and the Baltic countries are transmitted through the Edisoft platform during the year. Edisoft solutions and products are used by more than 5.5 thousand customers.

The company argues that the transfer of electronic invoices through a trusted operator provides protection against possible tax risks. All electronic invoices sent shall be certified by a qualified electronic signature.

2014: Assignment of status "EDO Operator"
