As the unified information warehouse, GSa 2024 devices support NAS, SAN and are suitable for data centers of any sizes. On August 29, 2017 Infortrend presented two solutions - storage systems of EonStor GSe Pro 200 with the Sonnet adapter and the Thunderbolt interface, capable to satisfy needs of private multimedia professionals for transfer, editing and backup of media and data with high resolution.
Using the Thunderbolt interface the high-performance solution Infortrend allows to use all advantages of the superspeed to ensuring high capacity and support of free accomplishment of workflows 3D or 4K. 2016: Infortrend EonStor GSe Series
EonStor GSe is a line of the unified one-controller storage systems for the companies of small and medium business.
On October 4, 2016 the Infortrend company brought to the market of the Russian Federation a line of the unified one-controller storage systems of the EonStor GSe series with support of protocols of block, file and object level.
EonStor GSe is provided by three families of one-controller arrays — GSe 1000, GSe 2000 and GSe 3000. Performance of systems ~ 230 thousand IOPS, 4200 MB/s — on reading and 3900 MB/s — on record. As a part of each group of model, containing 12 (a form factor 2U) and 16 disks (a form factor 3U), with a possibility of expansion to 432 and up to 436 drives on a system, respectively, differing on input-output speed (High IOPS modification — models with the T index). Installation in the systems of drives standard (3.5 inches) and a small standard size (2.5 inches) is possible: SATA/SAS SSD, 10K/15K RPM of SAS and 7200[1].

DSCon announced availability of the unified storage systems of Infortrend EonStor GSe Series to SMB
Controllers of arrays of GSe 1000 and GSe 2000 are equipped with four preset ports 1Gb iSCSI, and GSe 3000 arrays — two ports 1Gb iSCSI and two ports 10Gb iSCSI (RJ45). Other types of connection are available using two interface units with FCoE ports 8Gb/16Gb Fibre Channels, 10Gb, 10Gb to iSCSI or 12Gb to SAS. In arrays of GSe 1000 one can be set, and in arrays of GSe 2000 and GSe 3000 — two interface units. The cache of the GSe 1000, GSe 2000 and GSe 3000 systems can extend respectively up to 32, 64 and 128GB. Services of instant pictures (snapshot) and also local and remote replication are included in the basic configuration of the EonStor GSe systems.

On November 7, 2017 company Infortrend Technology, Inc. provided the flagman device of EonStor GS line - EonStor GS 5000 series.
The product is characterized by the upgraded hardware architecture with the increased power of calculations and numerous a host payments for providing excellent opportunities of network interaction.

The expansion card for DWH of EonStor GS is released
On July 14, 2017 the Infortrend Technology company announced release of the optional extender card for family of the solutions EonStor GS. Its use allows double increase in capacity of disks.
Users can connect at discretion the second set of the broad body, thereby doubling the total number of the JBOD connections and providing twice more flexible capacity. For example, still about 420 disks can be connected to the product EonStor GS 3000 which was earlier supporting up to 445 disks by means of the built-in broad ports now, in total - up to 865 disks of all[2].

The line of storage systems of EonStor GS 3000 is provided by one and two-controller models containing 12 (a form factor 2U) and 16 disks (a form factor 3U), with a possibility of expansion to 432 and up to 436 drives on a system. In systems it is possible to install drives standard (3.5 inches) and a small standard size (2.5 inches): SATA/SAS SSD, 10K/15K RPM of SAS and 7200 RPM NL SAS/SATA.

Performance net a flash configurations of arrays of EonStor DS 3000 reaches 740,000 IOPS, with transmission band width in 11GB/s for data units, and 3000MB/s – for the CIFS protocol.
Services of data of a corporate class are included in the basic configuration of the EonStor GS 3000 systems: SSD cache, means of the automatic organization multi-level (4 levels) storages, local and remote replication, and many other things. A series of storage systems from Infortrend about a host interfaces 8Gb/16Gb the Fibre Channel, 1GbE/10GbE iSCSI or 6Gb/s SAS — EonStor DS 3000 extending up to 360 disks.
In general a series of disk storage systems of data of EonStor DS 3000 differs in the flexible modular construction allowing including, thanks to the separate module a host interfaces, to perform their replacement according to requirements of the developing network infrastructure, told CNews in DSCon. Systems provide the high speed of consecutive reading — to 5500 MB/s and input-output performance at hit in a cache — up to 1.3 million IOPS.

Systems are offered with one or two controllers in which can be installed: 2 ports 16Gb FC, 4 ports 8Gb FC, 2 ports 10Gb iSCSI, 4 ports 1Gb iSCSI or 2 ports 6Gb SAS on the controller. The cache extends to 16Gb on the controller. Besides, in models on 16, 48 and 60 disks 2 ports 1Gb iSCSI are installed in each controller.

In September, 2015 the Infortrend company provided EonStor DS converged a host payment, offered as updating for all storage systems of a line for providing enhanced capabilities of connection by means of interchangeable fiber channels of 16 GB / with and 8 GB / with and also ports 10Gb/s iSCSI and FCoE.
In process of development of activity of commercial enterprises also infrastructure requirements of their data centers change.
