Human Resources Systems
Human Resource Management
The Russian HRTech market is showing impressive dynamics despite difficult economic conditions. However, the development of the industry remains uneven: some segments are growing at a record pace, while others face various challenges. The new TAdviser review includes key trends, growth drivers and barriers facing the market, as well as forecasts of its development.
1 Russian HR-tech market
The Russian HR-tech market continues to grow actively. According to the updated TAdviser assessment method, the volume of this market at the end of 2024 increased by 35% to 21 billion rubles. According to preliminary data, according to the results of 2025, the market growth amounted to 20-25%, and its volume exceeded 25 billion rubles. This assessment includes comprehensive HRM/HCM systems, separate tools for automating the selection, assessment and development of personnel, solutions for personnel electronic document management, as well as services for the implementation and support of HR solutions. At the same time, the indicators of job boards, services for working with freelance specialists and flexible employment platforms are not taken into account.
Experts unanimously identify several key areas of HR technology that will become the most profitable in the coming years. Recruitment technologies will remain the main growth driver, especially with the use of artificial intelligence.
Continued staffing shortages and increased competition for skilled professionals are driving demand for smart recruitment platforms, including predictive resume analysis and automated interview systems.
Of particular potential are solutions for mass recruitment and hybrid matching, allowing you to shorten the cycle and manage the cost of attracting candidates.
The second key area is HR analytics and predictive systems, allowing you to move from simple reporting to scenario modeling, when systems not only provide data, but also offer specific actions when reducing engagement or increasing turnover. The integration of BI systems and cognitive technologies will open up new opportunities for managing team performance.
The development of secure AI integrations that comply with corporate standards and regulatory requirements is also predicted.

₽ The largest market participants
The new rating of the largest suppliers in the Russian market HR-tech gathered 55 companies. Their total revenue amounted to 17.9 billion rubles.
The leader of the rating was VK Tech with revenue of 2 billion rubles. (+ 133.4%). The top three also included Tensor (1.03 billion rubles, + 35.6%) and Verme (1.004 billion rubles, + 23.6%). Verme is included in the rating without taking into account the indicators of the My Shift platform, since flexible employment platforms, as well as services for working with freelance specialists, are included in a separate list. The revenue of many such services reflects transactions between customers and performers, therefore, according to TAdviser, it is incorrect to compare them with traditional developers.
A separate rating of service developers for working with freelance specialists and flexible employment platforms includes 9 companies. Here the leader is Solar Staff with revenue of 9.2 billion rubles.

2 Technological trends
The market is undergoing a significant transformation thanks to the introduction of artificial intelligence, but this process faces a number of significant barriers. Experts unanimously note that AI is already actively used in various HR processes, but the scale of implementation does not yet correspond to the potential capabilities of the technology.
The most common uses of AI have been recruitment automation and personnel management processes. Smart chatbots are now able not only to answer standard questions, but also to provide personalized instructions based on employee profile analysis. The successful experience of introducing AI assistants for analyzing resumes and conducting primary interviews makes it possible to significantly speed up mass recruitment.
