History

In the middle of 1993 in our country institutes of market economy, including, in the field of the real estate began to form. The institute of a market real estate appraisal became one of the first institutes of the real estate market.

At this particular time the team of experienced experts scientists in the field of construction and economic disciplines began work on the project on creation of domestic methodology of assessment of market value of the real estate. Initial conditional project title of Valuation Master (Master Otsenki) turned into the known Russian brand and the ValMaster™ trademark today.

The first result did not keep itself waiting long. In 1995 there is a monograph "Valuation Methods of the Real Estate" which, in fact became the first work of the domestic author, generalizing and adapting modern structure and content of this discipline to the Russian conditions. It is interesting that this book came out with week lag from an appearance of translation of the book of J. Friedman and N. Ordueya "The analysis and assessment of the revenue-producing real estate".

In 1996 our techniques were the basis for the first domestic state regulating document at which there was a term "market value"  — Orders of the Governor of Saint Petersburg  No. 113r "About an evaluation procedure of market value of the real estate".

In 1996 there is the first version of the software product for automation of a real estate appraisal of ValMaster™ Appraiser which instantly became the best-seller and "money machine" for many hundreds of appraisers participating in the company on revaluation of fixed assets. Since then ValMaster™ A was continuously improved and upgraded, eventually, having personified the unique and still not having analogs in Russia technology of data processing about characteristics of the real estate. Repeated victories in different professional tenders are not a figure of merit in the same degree as the fact of that, as so far in the market of Russia software with a similar set of functionality, methodical study and technology of data processing did not appear.

Within development of our researches in the field of real estate economy, in 1996 there is a monograph "The Investment Financing in the Real Estate", in 1997 we translated, prepared for printing and together with the Russian society of appraisers published the first Russian edition of the European standards of a real estate appraisal. In 1998 our next work – Real estate appraisal, and in 2000 – "The analysis of real estate investments came out. At the beginning of 2006 our readers will see new interesting work – "Management of operation of the real estate" which, according to us, will give life in Russia to many modern concepts and practical methods of operation of the real estate.

Paying much attention to practical assessment works of the real estate, market research of the real estate and adjacent tasks, development of the whole series of regulating documents, we continued researches in the field of methodology of information support of professional activity of the real estate market.

In 2000 there is the first version of a software package for automation of technical inventory and technical accounting of ValMaster™ BTI which personified without exaggeration unique methodical developments in the field of classification of objects and characteristics of technical accounting. Our significant long-term investments into a scientific metodshchicheskiye of a research yielded good result. ValMaster™ BTI has no domestic analogs on degree of functionality and technology of data processing of technical accounting today. In it pledge and its successful future.

In 2004 "the first version of the new and most powerful ValMaster™ Facilities Manager project which realized not only all our previous successful technologies, but also modern world level of technologies in the field of management of the corporate real estate descended from building berths". As developers, we can responsibly note that ValMaster™ FM not only does not concede, but on many positions significantly exceeds the best foreign analogs. Thanks to the to characteristics in the next several years on a domestic segment of a professional software in the field of management of the corporate real estate of ValMaster™ FM will hardly have strong contenders.

We realize that success of implementation of such project as creations of a line of a professional software of ValMaster™ Technology, completely is defined by intellectual potential and qualification of personnel structure. And "marketing" in the market of software our old-fashioned principles to some extent contain growth of sales volume in modern conditions of "the market competition", but we will not be able to change and sell air any more or "launder" budgetary funds.
