EMC can appoint Tucci's receiver
Board of Directors Emsozhidayet that the chief executive and the head of the company Joe Tucci will report the post to the receiver in February, 2015, reports Bloomberg.
Up to this point Tucci will fulfill the duties within the updated labor agreement. Earlier was declared that he can leave the post in 2013. Most likely the receiver will be from EMC.
It is planned that after Tucci's resignation will hold a post of the chairman of EMC and will be a majority shareholder of VMware. EMC paid to Tucci an award in the amount of 8 million dollars for achievement of effective objectives.

On October 12, 2015 it was announced Joe Tucci's leaving from a post of the CEO and the chairman of the board of directors of EMC. However he will resign the authority not at once but only after merge of the company headed by it to Dell.
It is going close the deal on consolidation of assets of Dell and EMC during the period from May to October, 2016. Till this time of Joe Tucci expects to remain at the head of EMC. After the companies issue merge, the joint IT giant the CEO of Dell Michael Dell will head.

Joe Tucci is a part of Board of Directors of Paychex company, is an advisory board member of School of management of Carroll at College of Boston, an advisory board member of the Tsinuan University in Beijing and the member of council exercising control over private Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, the USA.
