The Mototelecom Videomeeting system is capable to support a set of at the same time going video conferences with considerable number of participants. In practice the number of participants depends only on the power of the server on which a system is installed.

The functionality of a system includes maintaining the schedule of conferences, the notification about start time of a conference, distribution of access rights, flexible configuration of a sound and the image of video conference.

During the video meeting joint work with documents, demonstration of the presentations, broadcast of audio and video files, including by means of the devices connected multimedia, the document cameras, the systems of tracking and other peripheral equipment is available to participants.

A system supports record and storage of history of video conferences. File backup of a system, including historical records is applied to data loss prevention.

Mototelecom Videomeeting provides support of formats of high definition of Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels). Stable image quality during the conference is reached using the unique Mototelecom Stable Frame Excess technology providing redundancy of data by transfer of video signal.

Besides, as during the conference participants can use terminals with different display resolutions, a system automatically makes individual selection of the maximum allowed quality of video signal for participants. Such approach guarantees that each subscriber will receive the video image of the best quality admissible for the used equipment. A system is compatible to terminals of the leading developers: Cisco (Tandberg), Polycom, Sony, LifeSize, Radvision, AddPac and others.

System Requirements

Installation of a system will require the server with the following characteristics: the processor in clock rate from 2.80 GHz, RAM from 4 Gbytes, the hard drive of at least 250 Gbytes, the LAN Ethernet 1 GB network interface card. The preferable operating system — Red Hat Enterprise Linux (CentOS). Such configuration will be capable to service one video conference for 4–5 participants in SD quality. Service of bigger number of subscribers will require more productive server.

The role of the terminal can execute the computer with the following minimum configuration: the processor of 2.5 GHz, RAM from 1 Gbytes, the Ethernet network interface card, SP4/XP/Vista/7 Windows 2000 operating system. Besides, videos and sound cards will be required.

As terminal units the digital IP videophones and devices for video conferences which are widely provided by the equipment Tandberg, Polycom, Sony, etc. can also act.

Besides, as terminals computers with the set clients for video conferences, for example, Motophone or softphones of third-party producers can be used.
