History

The NPO Kompyyuter company was formed at the initiative of group of the supporters working in the field of information science, radio electronics, electrical equipment. The company is officially registered on August 15, 1988.

Specialization of the company in the field of automation of a management activity was predetermined by work on the application programs for PEVM of class DVK distributed in the late eighties at the enterprises. In 1990, with emergence in customers of the first personal computers "IBM PC", specialists of the company by some of the first in Russia started developments of universal software products for economic accounting of the enterprise.

The period of formation of client-server technologies based on SQL servers became critical in activity of the company and changed development approaches of applied software products radically. Possibilities of new platforms and the accumulated experience allowed to refuse practice of "scrappy" automation and to start in 1995 development of the Integrated automated control system by the enterprise (KAS) on new platforms. It developed into creation of the building tool IS-Builder and KAS "Business Lux".

Since 1997 NPO Kompyyuter begins works in the market of document management systems, having become the partner of one of the western companies in distribution of software products in the field of workflow automation. At a certain stage collected information and experience led to an output about need of development of own solution for management of electronic documents. The full compliance to requirements and specifics of the Russian enterprises was the important requirement to a system.

In 2002 the structure of the End-to-end automated system Business Lux included a subsystem of electronic document management and also the project team in the company on development and development of the solution was selected. After successful experience of implementation in several organizations the decision on selection of a subsystem of electronic document management in a separate product – Directum was made. In the spring of 2003 the product www.directum.ru website was started.

In August, 2003 the Directum company was founded. Development, promotion and system implementation in the field of electronic document management, management of documents, business processes and interaction became the main field of activity of the new company.

The Directum system corresponds to a class of ECM systems (Enterprise Content Management) and continues to develop actively.

Since 2000 the NPO Kompyyuter company has the status Microsoft Certified Partner. In 2006 the company received the status of the new sample Microsoft Gold Certified Partner which confirms both presence of highly qualified specialists, and the importance of the executed large projects with responses of customers. In 2011 the Microsoft Partner Network program underwent significant changes, having imposed more high requirements which the NPO Kompyyuter company successfully fulfilled to partners. Survey results showed the high level of customer satisfaction services and solutions of the company that allowed to receive competence Gold Independent Software Vendor.

In 2009 works of NPO Kompyyuter in the development area and software implementation were certified Gazpromsert. The Directum company received the certificate of conformity of GOST P ISO 9001:2001 in the field of a quality management system in relation to development, implementation and support of the software, and in 2010 confirmed the certificate on the updated ISO 9001:2008 standard.

In December, 2010 the NPO Kompyyuter company brought a new budgeting system and managements of Prestima finance to the market. This system of the class CPM (Corporate Performance Management) is created based on several subsystems of the ERP system of KAS "Business Lux". A main objective of release of a new system was creation of an easy, drawing product which would solve relevant problems of clients and at the same time did not require long and heavy implementation.
