2025: Bankruptcy due to debts of 8.2 billion rubles
On September 30, 2025, the Moscow Arbitration Court, at the request of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA, bankruptcy trustee of the Moscow bank Financial Standard), declared insolvent (bankrupt) former member of the bank's board of directors Andrei Ispolatov. The court included more than ₽8,2 billion debts in the register of Ispolatov's creditors and introduced a procedure for the sale of his property. The grounds for bringing to justice were lending to borrowers who were deliberately unable to fulfill their obligations, replacing liquid assets with illiquid securities, and promissory notes.[1]
