Biography

  • In 1998 graduated from faculty of psychology Lomonosov Moscow State University.

  • From 1996 to 1999 worked at Institute of advanced training of government employees at department of personnel management.

  • From 1998 to 1999 ran the "Strategy and Tactics of Crisis Management" project within the program for training of anti-recessionary managing directors Federal service on insolvency matters and financial improvement of the Russian Federation.

  • In 2000 became the deputy chief executive in National TV company "Street Television" (Ukraine).

  • In 2001. headed the direction of personnel consultation in PAKK company. During operating time under the leadership of Danilova more than 40 projects are implemented.

  • In 2004 it is invited to a position of the director of the department of HR consulting of KG of Borlas where created one of the strongest and authoritative the HR expert in the market.

  • In 2008 it is appointed the head of HR consulting of IBS, later became the associate director of department of the HR solutions IBS.

2013: Return to Borlas

On March 4, 2013 Borlas announces recovery of practice of HR consulting. For development of this direction the department of human capital management which, having returned to the company, was headed known by Elena Danilova is created. Under its management teams of HR consultants and specialists in implementation of the HR systems of Oracle are integrated. Thus Borlas will be able to provide to clients comprehensive support and a set of solutions in projects of creation and development of personnel management systems.
