Makarov Alexander Nikolaevich was born on February 2, 1960 in the village of Chibirley of the Penza region.

Education

In 1982 graduated from the Penza agricultural institute majoring in Agronomics.

Career

All labor activity of Alexander Nikolaevich is connected with Unechsky district of the Bryansk region.

• In 1982 after the termination of institute became the agronomist in collective farm Mirnyi.
• In 1984 headed collective farm of a name of the XXV party congress (nowadays agricultural enterprise Pavlovsk).
• In 1992 it was appointed to the position of the first deputy head of administration of Unechsky district.
