2020: Arrest on the case of fraud in a large size
On March 27, 2020 it became known of Sergey Malyshkin's arrest. Tverskoy Court of Moscow sent under house arrest of the co-owner of Sonet LLC (a brand of virtual operator Easy4) on case large scale fraud. The affairs given from a card on the website of Moscow City Court demonstrate to it.
The fact that it is about the co-owner of Sonet LLC to RBC was told by two sources close to the company. Information was confirmed by the head of Association of protection of business Alexander Hurudzhi. He specified that on March 2 the application against Malyshkin was submitted by co-owners of Sonet Anatoly Yablonsky and Vladimir Zaytsev. Then the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs brought criminal case.
In the publication it is said that the conflict with Anatoly Yablonsky was connected with repayment of debts on the salary and the order the funds allocated for it. It is announced financial problems and in Sergey Malyshkin and Anatoly Yablonsky's adjacent companies. One of interlocutors of the edition reported that the new investor promises to continue work of the project.
On March 10, 2020 Sergey Malyshkin was delayed, and next day brought charge in fraud. The investigation assessed damages on matter in 200 million rubles, reminds the edition.
In the middle of March Malyshkin was sent under house arrest, but then the Moscow City Court cancelled this solution and sent the corresponding petition of the investigation for new trial.
Malyshkin's representatives asked Association of protection of business to appeal to the prosecutor's office and Investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to carry out an inspection of justification of initiation of proceedings.
As told RBC three sources in the Russian telecom, Easy4 stopped connecting new subscribers a few weeks ago. On the page of Easy4 group on social network "VKontakte" the last record of the operator appeared on February 2, and the first complaints to quality of work began since April 14.[1]
