Biography

Was born on October 6, 1955 in the village of Krasnoshchekovo of Krasnoshchyokovsky District.

Education

In 1980 graduated from the Altai state university majoring in "Industry planning", having received qualification "economist".

Career

From 1980 to 1987 worked the senior engineer in Scientific Research Institute Ekos (The Altai branch). From 1987 to 1992 - in department of complex economic and social development of the Barnaul Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies at first as the instructor, then the chief economist. From 1992 to 2004 – the chief of data processing center of administration of Barnaul. From 2004 to 2011 – the head of department of informatization of committee of information policy of administration of Barnaul.

Since 2011 was an associate director of KGBU "Operator of the Electronic Government of Altai Krai".

In December, 2013 it is appointed the head of department of information technologies and communications of Altai Krai.

In 2017 - the Deputy head of department "Management of communication and mass communications of Altai Krai"
