2025: CRM 4.0 without space split for developers and management

Domiland has released a major CRM ― CRM 4.0 update. The company announced this on July 17, 2025.

In this version, an interface for developers and management companies has appeared, navigation is structured by product lines, and all applications from residents are concentrated in the "Client Center" section.

The key change in this version is the refusal to divide into spaces for developers and management companies, which complicated access to common tools. A single interface made it possible to remove duplicate functions and combine roles and access of employees - it became easier to manage all the necessary tools.

As part of the update, we also changed the design, making it more personalized and adaptive. So, in the updated version, it became possible to switch to a dark theme and download custom backgrounds, simplified interfaces with a clear hierarchy, improved navigation and a hybrid menu.

The CRM structure has become more convenient for navigating product lines: housing and communal services, media and commercial services, real estate showcase, smart systems and daily services.

All appeals of residents are concentrated in the section "Client Center." If earlier applications to the emergency dispatch service, orders from partners, booking events, ordering passes and chats were posted to different menus, now all requests from residents are processed in a single section, which allows you to respond to requests faster.

This version of CRM has unified notification logic. This will allow you to launch convenient features for the management company in the future. For example, delayed mailings with the ability to schedule all necessary messages in advance.
