2025: Implementation of Similar Procurement Matching Module
At the ETP Energy industry Bargaining"" to inform suppliers about the procedures of certain customers, a module for selecting similar purchases was introduced. This refinement of the Automated Sourcing System (APS) will increase the efficiency of interaction between suppliers and customers through the ETP functionality. Energy industry Bargaining This "" was announced on September 17, 2025.
Manual processing is required for a small part of purchases, but it is these purchases that are difficult to implement, and the competition there is insignificant. This share does not exceed five percent of all procedures placed on ETP. In addition to the complex subject and delivery conditions, the contract can be complicated by tight delivery times, or due to the logistics conditions of the region.
In order to increase competition, as well as the efficiency of such procurement procedures, the Company's Marketing Center determines the logic for forming a list of relevant suppliers, consults with bidders and ensures the submission of applications in accordance with the law. ETP statistics indicate that competition in such procedures is higher than average due to high-quality and relevant information and direct interaction with the pool of potential suppliers. The purchase price is also optimized.
The key feature of this module is its ability to find and combine similar purchases placed on the ETP for telemarketing using AI. This significantly expands the ability to work with suppliers by the fact that in one conversation with a marketing center specialist, suppliers receive information about all existing purchases that are suitable for them by type of activity. Since such communication leads to an above average result, it is expected that this will increase the rate of competition on ETPs in general.
