2025: Cloud + Comprehensive Service Launch

K2Tekh and consulting company B1 announced the launch of a comprehensive Cloud + service that combines cloud technologies and consulting expertise, which allows businesses to outsource key processes in a single digital circuit. K2Tekh announced this on September 25, 2025.

According to a study conducted by B1, interest in transferring business functions to outsource Russia in is growing: 58% of respondents already use outsourcing or plan to connect it in the near future, and 70% of respondents are ready to outsource accounting finance tax and administration.

Many financial and IT departments face a shortage of experts, high rotation of personnel and growing risks associated with legislative changes and sanctions pressure. In such conditions, it is difficult for enterprises to simultaneously build correct processes that meet new requirements and maintain the IT infrastructure at the proper level, "said B1 partner Sergei Nikitchuk.

According to the developers, Cloud + is still the only solution of this level on the Russian market. Abroad, however, strategic alliances between consulting giants and tech corporations have long been the norm.

Cloud + offers 10 ready-made scenarios for different business units, including accounting outsourcing, tax monitoring and tax incentives, legal services, transfer pricing, accounting and reporting, customs services and others.

The key quality of the Cloud + product is turnkey: the business receives one supplier instead of many contractors and contracts. B1 works directly with the customer to help formulate tasks and identify business needs, and K2 Cloud turns them into technology solutions and is responsible for implementation. This approach avoids a "deaf phone" and reduces the number of unnecessary communications, "said Maxim Zavyalov, head of import substitution practice at K2 Cloud.

"Cloud +" goes beyond classic outsource or hosting. In fact, this is a ready-made solution factory - with typical migration scenarios, industry templates and joint centers of expertise. This approach allows businesses to implement changes faster and get predictable results without having to align their IT and business goals themselves. The finished solution unfolds in 2 weeks - 1 month, which is significantly faster than classic processes within the company.

All solutions are deployed on the K2 Cloud IT platform and integrated with the customer's internal systems. The package includes a cloud loop with the necessary 1C modules, a secure document storage and a set of tools for safe work with enterprise data. In addition, customers do not need to understand technology on their own: platform solutions are constantly being updated to meet market best practices and regulatory requirements.

The functionality behind Cloud +, K2 Cloud and B1 have been offered to customers and upgraded for almost three years, in 2025 it was first merged into a single product. As of September 2025, more than 40 companies from various business areas already use these services. Services are available for all types and sizes of companies, and not only Russian: Cloud + offers services for business from China and intends to expand its geography.

As part of a comprehensive proposal, individual areas close in detail the key business tasks of customers. For example, accounting function outsourcing covers accounting and tax accounting, reporting, as well as other functions using pre-configured IT infrastructures 1C in the cloud. And tax benefit services include analyzing available benefits and assessing tax savings, checking compliance with the criteria for their application, developing documentation to confirm the validity of benefits, supporting tax audits and interacting with tax authorities, as well as consulting on the structure or creation of an IT company.
