ORD "MediaScout" on March 11, 2026 presented an API solution for working with ERIR. The use of the API allows the client to fully automate the process of creating requests for automatic collection of statistics on advertising impressions and the transfer of this data to the ERIR. The application of the API protocol frees employees from routine tasks and eliminates the risk of an error when filling out data in reports for EPDM. The API-based autostatistics collection function is available to any clients of the MediaScout ORD, the most relevant offer for large and medium-sized businesses.

You can set up the process of collecting autostatistics manually inside the personal account of the MediaScout ORD, and now using the API, and on the client side if he uses his own software. The API acts as a "bridge" between the ORD and the client's working interface, allowing the user to download data from the ORD there, take the necessary actions with them, for example, adding a new contract or transferring statistics, and then sends it back to the ORD.

Previously, at the end of the month, employees had to manually open advertising offices, copy data on views of each ad and transfer them to the ORD website. Now it is enough to configure the data transfer to MediaScout once, and the program will automatically collect statistics from advertising platforms and send it to the ORD.

According to the analyst of the client service ORD "MediaScout," over the year of active use of labeling, a request for technologies inside the ORD was formed on the market, allowing to optimize resources: automatic report checks, collection of statistics, etc.

An analysis of the internal statistics of the MediaScout ORD shows that the volume of data from large advertisers and agencies is constantly growing. Processing a large amount of information manually, and in some cases tens of thousands of advertising publications per month, increases the risk of errors in reports due to the human factor. Automation using the API not only frees employees working with HRDs from routine tasks and involves more creative ones in solving problems, but also eliminates errors in reports. For business, this means a decrease in the likelihood of receiving large fines, which for legal entities can reach half a million rubles, - said Natalya Sotskaya, director of client service at MediaScout ORD.
